About Me

The relationship you have with yourself is one of the most complex, vulnerable, and confusing journeys you will take. I believe real healing happens when you finally feel safe enough to drop your guard and be exactly who you are. As a therapist, my goal isn’t to “fix” you – because you aren’t broken. Instead, I want to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of where you’ve been and where you want to go.
Life has a way of piling on expectations, stress, and old patterns until we barely recognize what we actually want for ourselves. My goal is to help you to gently untangle that stress and clear away that background noise. Together, we’ll look at the big picture, reconnect you with your own strengths, and design a path forward that feels completely authentic to who you are.

My Approach

My practice is collaborative, holistic, and deeply rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens. Because no two healing journeys are identical, I reject the one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I blend evidence-based cognitive frameworks with deeply grounding somatic (mind-body) techniques. This means our work won’t just happen from the neck up; we will gently explore how stress and trauma store themselves in your nervous system, giving you the tools to truly regulate and heal.
I bring an authentic, warm, and curious presence to every session. I welcome your whole, unfiltered self into the room—quirks, dark humor, frustrations, and victories alike. Together, we will establish meaningful goals that move at your pace, balancing deep, transformative emotional work with practical coping strategies, a lot of self-compassion, and the occasional well-timed laugh.

Experience

In my work across Chicago, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. Supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families – I love working with a vibrant, diverse community, particularly within marginalized spaces including neurodivergent individuals, people healing from deep trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals trying to find their footing during massive life transitions. I bring a warm, integrative approach to my sessions, blending trauma-informed care and neurodiversity-affirming support with gentle, body-centered somatic practices. Whether navigating general mental health challenges or exploring deeply personal areas like relationship dynamics and sex therapy, my focus is always on meeting you exactly where you are with compassion and genuine care.
