Hi! I am Cheryl Nowak. I am honored to be a support system for people, and I look forward to working with you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself!

I am currently working on my Trauma certification, and in the future, I am looking to become DBT certified and certified in Maternal Mental Health.

I have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Before Northwestern, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Elmhurst College and have experience providing ABA therapy to children on the spectrum.
